The International Ship and Yacht Registry is open to owners and operators who are serious about compliance first and foremost, but seek support in managing their bottom line. While our rates are cost-effective and sustainable, ensuring financial viability for owners and companies, we believe that compliance also equals revenue for owners.
Technical services include Statutory Survey Programs, Flag State Inspection Programs, Anti-Piracy Assistance and Vessel Tracking and Monitoring Programs that are being developed. Our Technical team is also responsible for the review and publication of marine safety circulars, guidance documents and policy letters that will keep you informed on the very latest issues facing the maritime industry.
Our Office of Mariner and Seafarer Personnel is dedicated to the full and complete implementation of STCW training, licensing, and certification needs of international mariners and seafarers needing support wherever they are. Our greatest strength at DMA is our support for the health and welfare of mariners and seafarers and ensuring that they become the best possible assets to the industry at large.
The Commonwealth of Dominica allows for the registration of International Business Companies (IBCs) directly through our corporate registration offices in Dominica and also provides Foreign Maritime Entities (FMEs) Waivers through the Flag Registry Corporate services program.
